Q Question

What kinds of questions do you answer?

A Our answerLINKRIGHTS team

Based on the rights information and official sources registered on LINKRIGHTS, we can explain what rights you have, where to ask, and what to prepare.

We cannot decide or handle an individual case. Whether a visa will be approved, the outcome of a complaint or lawsuit, or a diagnosis and treatment are decisions only the responsible body or a professional can make — for those we tell you where to ask instead.

What you read here is for reference. Before an important decision, please check once more with the relevant organisation.

How to send a question

The button below opens an email. If you are not sure what to write, follow this order.

Helpful to include

  • What the situation is (for example: I am about to start a part-time job)
  • When and where it happened (for example: last month, at school)
  • The one thing you most want to know (for example: do I have to sign a contract?)
  • Write “private” if you do not want it published

Please leave these out

Do not write your name, phone number, address, school name, passport number, alien registration number or medical records. You can still get help without them.
