만 15세부터 일할 수 있습니다

원칙적으로 만 15세 이상이면 일할 수 있습니다. 만 13~14세는 고용노동부에서 발급하는 취직인허증이 있어야 합니다.
18세 미만은 보호자 동의서와 나이 증명이 필요합니다

사업장은 보호자(친권자·후견인)의 동의서와 나이를 확인할 수 있는 서류를 갖춰 두어야 합니다.
18세 미만은 일하는 시간이 제한됩니다

18세 미만 청소년은 하루 7시간, 일주일 35시간까지 일할 수 있고, 본인이 동의한 경우에만 하루 1시간, 일주일 5시간까지 더 일할 수 있습니다.
밤에 일하는 것은 원칙적으로 금지됩니다

18세 미만 청소년은 밤 10시부터 다음 날 오전 6시까지 일할 수 없습니다. 예외가 되려면 본인 동의와 고용노동부의 인가가 모두 필요합니다.
쉬는 시간을 받을 권리가 있습니다

일하는 시간이 길어지면 중간에 쉬는 시간을 받아야 합니다. "바쁘니까 쉬지 말라"는 요구는 정당하지 않습니다.

일을 시작하기 전에 서류를 준비하세요

18세 미만이라면 보호자 동의서와 가족관계를 확인할 수 있는 서류가 필요합니다. 미리 준비하면 거절당하는 일이 줄어듭니다.

근무표를 사진으로 남겨두세요

밤 늦게까지 일하거나 시간이 너무 길다면, 근무표와 실제 퇴근 시간을 기록해 두세요.

규칙이 지켜지지 않으면 1350 또는 1388에 상담하세요

고용노동부 1350에서 근로 규칙을, 청소년전화 1388에서 청소년 상담을 받을 수 있습니다.

Tips for the call

If Korean is hard for you, ask: "Can I get advice in another language?"
Keep dates, places and things like text messages or contracts next to you so it is easier to explain.
You only need to give your name or contact details if the counsellor asks for them.

Follow the organisation's own guidance on how advice works. If you are in danger now, call 112 (police) or 119 (ambulance) straight away.
